Dear Noosa Council Planning

We write as the owner-occupier of 42 Seacove Court to express our support for Good
Shepherd Lutheran College’s development application, MCU25/099, in its current form. We
understand that the proposed sheds will be located 2 metres from our shared boundary, but
the height of the sheds is only about 2.7m high at the closest point. We have been advised
that this setback area will be densely planted with landscaping to provide buffering and
screening to the sheds when viewed from our premises. We would much prefer this
outcome as opposed to a two-storey building located 3m from our boundary, which would
have a much greater impact on the visual outlook and the amenity of our premises more
generally.
