The information requested is set out below:
Item – Driveway Gradient
The grades of the proposed vehicle crossover detailed in “Section A-A” of Metricon’s Section
Plan (F01-10A/21) dated 16 December 2025 does not include a footpath transition zone of
1:40 as specified in Council’s standard drawing RS-050.
Information Required
1. Provide revised plans that include a proposed driveway crossover designed with
compliant grades in accordance with Council’s Standard Drawing RS-050.
3. DUE DATE FOR RESPONSE TO INFORMATION REQUEST
The due date for providing the requested information is 13 April 2026. Email your response
to [email protected]. Please advise Council of your response to this information request
in accordance with section 13 of the Development Assessment Rules.
