3 Site description
3.1 Location
The site, described as Lot 43 on RP136461 is at 15 Jirrama Cr, Cooroibah, Queensland in the
Noosa Council jurisdiction. The development is a Reconfiguration of a Lot (small rural residential
subdivision – one lot into two).

3.2 Zoning
The lot is zoned as Rural Residential Zone on The Noosa Plan Zone map.
3.3 Building Code of Australia building class
The buildings are a Class 1a buildings under the National Construction Code.
