Both proposed Lots 11 and 12 drain from the northwest corner of the Lot to the south-east corner; therefore, the runoff from the relocated house will drain to the open drain located along the Rectory Street frontage, which drains to the stormwater pipe at the intersection of Rectory and Red Streets in accordance with the current situation of all houses along Rectory Street. The stormwater runoff can drain easily from the building area of Lot 11 to the Rectory Street frontage without entering Lot 12; therefore, there will no requirement for any inter-allotment drainage Easements.
