Issue: Access and Existing Character Vegetation

The existing driveway to Lot 12 will be upgraded to align with the proposed carport.
It is proposed that the driveway will be constructed to the standards currently along
Rectory and Church Streets in Pomona. In particular, the recently constructed
driveway built as a Condition of approval of the Reconfiguration of No. 23 Church
Street as shown in the photo below:

The Plan of Proposed Reconfiguration contained in Appendix shows the location of a
driveway to Lot 11 that can be constructed without removal of any significant
vegetation.
