Town Planning Assessment Report
6. Conclusion
This report has identified that the proposed reconfiguration complies with the relevant benchmarks
contained within the Noosa Plan 2020 and does not raise any significant issues that cannot be addressed by
reasonable and relevant conditions on the following basis:
+ It will provide for three urban residential lots that are suitable for the establishment of dwelling houses
with landscaped settings and that are in keeping with low density character and amenity of the area;
+ it will ensure that the allotments are serviced with all necessary urban infrastructure including power,
water, sewer and telecommunication; and
+ it will not result in any significant adverse impact to the Lake Macdonald water supply catchment and
buffer area
This office trusts that the information supplied comprehensively addresses all of the issues that are to be
considered by the Noosa Plan 2020. Should you have any questions in relation to the proposal, or any aspect
of the development, please do not hesitate to contact the undersigned on 0423 952 928 or via email

Yours sincerely,
Marcus Brennan
