            Supply Analysis
This section examines existing car wash establishments within and surrounding the trade areas.
Consideration is also given to detailing services within and surrounding the trade areas. It also
reports on whether there are currently any pending or approved car wash developments within
and outside of the trade areas.

4.1 Existing Supply
As of October 2022, there are no commercial car washing services within the PTA and STA. There
are three dedicated commercial car wash facilities outside the PTA and STA, located up to 18.5
kilometres from the Subject Site. Additionally, there are three mobile car wash service providers that
service the PTA and STA.
Relevantly, there is one establishment that offers car detailing services within the PTA (~1.7km from
the Subject Site) and five car detailing services located outside the PTA and STA (ranging from
12.5km to 21.2km from the Subject Site), with one out of these five establishments being a mobile
detailing service provider.
Table 4-1 summarises existing car wash and car detailing establishments within and around the PTA
and STA.
