S7.1 Lighting associated with the use is designed, installed, operated and maintained in accordance with Section 3 of AS4282 “The Control of the Obtrusive Effects of Outdoor Lighting”; AND
S7.2 If for Sport and Recreation— Development complies with Australian Standard AS2560 Guide to Sports Lighting.
