Operational Works Details for the abovementioned development:

1.    DA Form 1 – Development Application Details;
2.    Operational Works Report including:
       Civil Engineering Plans prepared by Subdivisions (Qld) Pty Ltd (Drawing
         Ref: 2505-OP-S0-1A to 8A inclusive);
       Code Responses:
         -   Biodiversity, Waterways & Wetlands Overlay Code;
         -   Bushfire Hazard Overlay Code;
         -   Rural Activities Code;
         -   Driveways & Parking Code;
         -   Earthworks Code;
         -   Water Quality & Drainage Code;
       Geotechnical Investigation & Slope Stability Assessment prepared by
         Tectonic Geotechnical (Ref: 25050-001-Rev0)
3.    Owner’s Consent;

In terms of payment of fees associated with this Operational Works Application, once
we have received confirmation of fees of $2,199.00 and your tax invoice, payment will
be made accordingly.

I confirm that this proposed development at 146 Middle Creek Road, Federal
addresses the Local Government’s Planning Scheme and any other documents
relevant to the application.

In accordance with the requirements of Noosa Plan 2020 Policy Number SC6.7 –
PSP6 (Planning Scheme Policy for Engineering Design Standards), I hereby certify
the following.
     The design details incorporated into the engineering drawings 2505 sheets 1 to
      8 inclusive comply with the requirements and recommendations of the
      Queensland Urban Drainage Manual.
