1.0         INTRODUCTION AND APPROACH
1.1         Project Overview
ITE Consulting has been engaged to prepare a traffic impact statement report for a proposed multiple dwelling
development comprising of 6 units at 51 Elanda Street, Sunshine Beach. The site locality is provided in Figure
1.1.

The proposed development is located adjacent to Elanda Street which is considered to be the frontage street
providing access to the proposed development. The site is located within the High-Density Residential zone.
