This letter supports the Essence development    at 215 David Low Way Peregian Beach.

The new shopping centre is a good design and has been very beneficial for the area providing
convenience and also jobs for local people. The development      of the rest of this land for visitors to
come and stay or for people to live is a sensible use, where they can easily walk to all of the
amenities available in the Peregian Village. The scheme is in keeping with the Peregian surrounds
and is consistent with the other businesses in this area and will be complimentary.
