8. WASTE MANAGEMENT MONITORING AND AUDITING
PROCEDURES
8.1 WASTE MONITORING, AUDITING AND REVIEW
The site HSE Officer shall complete Weekly HSE Inspection – BIG 8 HB-HSEQ-F-048 site manager for review. In
addition, the waste contractor will provide monthly reports providing a breakdown of the weights of recyclable/ non-
recyclable materials and of non-recyclable waste as a percentage of the total. The project will review the performance on
a quarterly basis against the Project Performance Measures HB-HSEQ-F-050.
8.2 ENVIRONMENTAL INCIDENTS
All environmental incidents shall be reported on then Incident / Injury / Hazard Report Form HB-HSEQ-F-027-B and
reported to the relevant management personnel in accordance with EMP – Incident and corrective action reporting.
Corrective action will be undertaken in accordance with the recommendations of the Site Management and waste
management processes reviewed where required.
8.3 WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN UPDATE AND REVIEW
This WMP will be reviewed regular intervals not exceeding 6 monthly or where there is significant change to the project.
