Should this land eventually be required for the future transport network, there could be additional
financial costs in relocating any buildings and removing other infrastructure such as car-parks
that may have been placed on the land. It is envisaged that such costs would not be less than
that advised in the Tait Duke Cottage report being in the order of $100,000 relocation costs
escalated to the relevant time plus other demolition costs as applicable.
