EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Weyba Creek Esplanade contains a narrow strip of native bushland adjacent to Weyba
Creek which forms part of the Weyba Creek Bushland Reserve.
This area is substantially a natural environment with the vegetated foreshores dominated by
Melaleuca/Casuarina woodland containing some established Eucalypts and sections of
mangroves. It has limited recreational facilities and no formal boat access to Weyba Creek.
The map below shows an area of the Reserve where current public access is causing concern to
local residents and staff.
