(a) operated entirely within an existing dwelling AO18 of the Low Density Residential Zone Code
house or associated building;
Acceptable Outcomes AO1, AO2, AO3, AO4, AO5.1,
(b) does not include any industrial activity listed in
AO5.2, AO5.6, AO6 AO7, AO8, AO9, AO10, AO11,
Table SC1.1.2 Industry thresholds;
AO12 and AO13 of the Homebased Business Code
(c) no more than four persons would be on the
site for business purposes at any one time or
if bed and breakfast accommodation, no more
than two guest bedrooms are available for
letting; and
(d) with the exception of overnight guests, no
customers, clients, employees or deliveries
attend the site:
(i) between the hours of 6:00pm and
7:00am Monday to Friday; or
(ii) on weekends or public holidays.
Code assessment
