Dear Sir/Madam,
I write in support for the proposed development at 215 David Low Way Peregian Beach
(MCU16/0153 and 16/0041).
The design of the development has greatly reduced in size and scale and looks
appropriate for the land holding. There is substantial car parking provided onsite for
visitors and residents. There are user friendly pathways and good access to and from
the Rufous Street area which is a complimentary user of this development, with
contractors and workers accessing the Digital IT Hub. The proposal also successfully
addresses the activation of the Rufous Street laneway which is in line with the
objectives of Noos a Council for this thoroughfare.
As Peregian Beach continues to grow and flourish and the businesses continue in statue,
so should the offering for accommodation into the proposed boutique motel and
conference centre and also the iconic 'beach houses' which offer a variety of housing
options which will be widely accepted in this highly sought after area.
Please record this submission in support of the Essence development.
