This is a submission in relation to application...MCU14/0028...Melsted Park..317 Lawnville Rd Black Mountain.

I live approximately 150metres from a farm which has been developed along the same lines as this farm.
I can definitely say that I am in favour of the application as I CANNOT smell any different since they have started with their Chicken Caravans....which all up, I think there is more than 1000 chickens.
The benefit the land will gain from chicken manure as well as feeding the chickens on pasture....it is all Positive.
I also CANNOT hear anything from the chickens. I too have chickens(6).
I also like the fact that I am now able to source VERY locally excellent produce...EGGS/CHICKENS also chook manure for my gardens.

This is the lucky country and instead of getting rid of farmers who are doing the right thing by US(humans),animals,environment,plus future generations of all these.....we should be applauding and supporting them in every way.
