Ap$ient wish to adrrise that public notification for this development application was undertaken trom Friday,
19h January ?O{8 to Wdneday, 14*. February 2018 in compliance with ihe requirements of section 17 and
Schedule 3 of the DevelopmentAssessment Rules :-

I wnfirm the folloring public notifietion aciions were undertaken forthe above application:

       (a) the applicaticn was adverlised in the "Ncosa Ne$rs" nsi,spaper on Friday, 19m January 2018;
              and

       {b} a notice in ttle prescribed form was pasted on the relevant land between 12.03prn and 2.45pm
               on Friday" 19e January 2018 on the frontages to Eenie Creek Rcad, Walter Hay Drive,
               Hoftnann Drive, Rsne Street and Lake Weyba Driye, Noosaville; the signs were maintained for
               fifteen {15} business days untilThursday, 15ft February 2018" when they were removed;
             , closing date for receipt of objections being the 14s February 2018; photographs of the public
               nctice signs erected at the site and a sign location map are aftached hereto as Appendix l;

       (c)    notice was served by registered mail on the owners of all lots adjoining the premises the
              subject of the application on Thursday, 18th February 2018, whose names and addresses are
              listed on the page attached hereto as Appendix ll,

       {d} the page tram the newspaper containing the publie notice; a copy of the wording of the public
              notice erectd on the land and a copy of the wording of the notice served by mail are attached
