We received this email yesterday from David and Keith at Sails Lifestyle Resort and
would like to say that we support the contents of their email and would very much
like to see your business go ahead.
We hope that the council also get on board and support small business in the area.

We think that the garden centre / coffee shop / Real Estate would benefit the people
at this end of Peregian Beach. We have guest that arrive without a car and are
always looking to simply walk to a coffee shop for a morning or late afternoon coffee
so this would benefit our guest and the people in the surrounding area greatly. It is
always hard to find parking at the Village when you just wanting to slip down for a
quick coffee with a friend.

I know that I would use it and point my guest in your direction.

What you have accomplished with the premises already has made a vast
improvement to the street appeal.
