Memorial Avenue at Pomona - deep shop awnings at the frontage of the retail premises are
supplemented by outdoor umbrellas in licenced outdoor dining areas. The umbrellas are managed
by the adjacent retail premises. Shade in the street is supplemented by extensive shade tree
planting.

Public furniture is also provided in the street that is not shaded by an awning, though is shaded by
street trees.
