In relation to the abovementioned development application MCU21/0154, on behalf of Belinda Neilson and
Adam Neilson we hereby notify Council that we intend to start public notification in accordance with s.17 of
the Development Assessment Rules 2017.

Council is advised that:

    •   A notice will be published in the Noosa Today on 8th October 2021,
    •   A notice will be placed on the premises in the way prescribed under the Development Assessment
        Rules on 8th October, and
    •   The owners of the adjoining premises will be notified of the application on 6th October 2021.
