GENERAL

Site coverage has been reduced from 397.86 m? to 377.7m?
Landscaped area has been increased from 214.52 m? to 222.2 m?
The overall building height has been increased, but maintained within the 8.103m above existing ground level

The ground level within the pool back area has been flatten to the average RL8.10 and the pool level has been
increased by 50mm to comply with BCA requirements for the pool fence (1200mm from Ground Level)

GROUND FLOOR PLAN

The overall length has been reduced by 1.23m

The front landscape + entry steps have been reconfigured

The garage floor has now a gradient to comply with the stormwater requirements

The internal levels have been split, decreasing the overall floor by 170mm and bringing the living space down by further
1.04m

Internal layout and related windows have been changed to adapt to the reduced site coverage
