Dear Sirs,
 
I am making a submission opposing the above application on the following grounds:
 
This development would significantly affect the amenity of the area. Pinaroo Park has been a recreation area for 40 years and the proposed through road would take away park area and trees as well as creating much more traffic noise, greatly reducing its value as a recreation area.
 
Noosa does not need a development such as this. There are already many vacant shops and there is already a tavern very close to the proposed development.
 
This development would significantly affect the area in the long term and I strongly request that the application be held over for consideration by the new Noosa Council.
