Site Description The site is part of Lot 3 SP 246584 located at 28 Eenie Creek Road, Noosaville. The lot is irregularly shaped and approximately 31.73ha in area. The following image is of the current title: Figure 11 – Current title The proposed development is situated on Lot 22 of the recently approved reconfiguration. A plan seal application has been lodged, with the works nearing completion and accordingly the lot is yet to be created. The following image details the approved reconfiguration layout.
