2.4        Clarification on Use
It has been advised that the initial assumption that the facility would primarily be utilised for school camps
within the school term does not reflect the current intention for the site operations. It is proposed that, to
maximise the site’s potential, the proposed facilities will be available as follows:
        School camps:               as per the initial traffic report.
        Weekend groups:             hired to various sporting / community groups, up to full 299 beds.
        School holiday use:         use of the full facility for youth camps over the school holidays, typically
                                     accommodating week-long camps.
