I chatted to Jane regarding this on Friday.  The application was not loaded and therefore no withdrawal is required.

 

Jane advised that a new app would be lodged to cover both the GIA and new patio area.  Please note this would be a change to the DA (not a DBW).

I have had a discussion with Julia as we have received 2 applications for the same address and they appear to be for the same thing.

 

The GIA request (attached) is to change the dimensions on an approved roofed patio 

 

The DBW request (below) is for a covered deck.

 

Firstly, we cannot accept a DBW as there is a DA over the site so it would need to be a change to the DA.  Secondly, it looks like a duplication.
