Officer     enter an interface agreement with the rail infrastructure (Queensland)
            manager of the rail infrastructure.

Officer     is reasonably practicable, risks to safety from the existence or (Queensland)
            use of any rail or road crossing that is part of the road
            infrastructure of the road because of, or partly because of,
            railway operations.

Chief       Power, as a road manager of a private road given a written Section 108(2)(b) Rail
Executive   notice under section 108(1)(c)(i), to determine measures to Safety National Law
Officer     manage, so far as is reasonably practicable, risks identified (Queensland)
            pursuant to section 108(2)(a).
