                                        65. Safety in Recreation Water Activities Act 2011

Chief       Power, as a person who conducts a business or undertaking Section 29 Safety in
Executive   that provides recreational water activities, to ensure that the Recreational Water
Officer     regulator is notified immediately after becoming aware that a Activities Act 2011
            notifiable incident arising out of the conduct of the business has
            occurred.

Chief       Power, as a person conducting a business or undertaking that Section 29(7) Safety in
Executive   provides recreational water activities, to keep a record of each Recreational Water
Officer     notifiable incident for at least 5 years from the day that notice of Activities Act 2011
            the incident is given to the regulator.

Chief       Power as a person with management or control of a place at Section 30 Safety in
Executive   which a notifiable incident has occurred, to ensure, so far as is Recreational Water
Officer     reasonably practicable, that the site where the incident Activities Act 2011
            occurred is not disturbed until an inspector arrives or otherwise
            directs.
