The proposal is before Council because it is a 3 storey detached house and does not comply
with the relevant setbacks for a detached house in the Attached Housing zone.
2. SITE DETAILS
2.1. Site Description
The site slopes from the west (street frontage) to the eastern or rear boundary which adjoins
a walkway to the beach. The site slopes steeply from the road frontage for approximately
half to three quarters of the length of the site then generally levels off to meet the rear
boundary. (Refer to Figure 2 below)
