We make the following submission:

We own and reside at Kensington Lodge Unit 3/255 Weyba rd Noosaville

We have a 3m council easement from behind our townhouse to BP Service Centre.
Our cloths washing line which is on our back wall is 1.5m from our fence.

What will the Builder provide to stop construction Zone from using the Easement and possible damage to our new
fencing and construction dust from our property

Will new 3m height Sound wall be installed after demo of existing building and before new construction.
