Include the above-mentioned areas in plot ratio calculations and amend the design as
necessary to achieve a compliant plot ratio.

Response: Please refer to the revised Architectural Plans. Drawing No. 11 and 21 have been updated for
consistency. The proposal provides a compliant plot ratio of 0.4:1.

issue an approval.
