Planning Regulation 2017
The following assessment benchmarks from the Planning Regulation 2017 apply to the
application:
   Koala Habitat Area
The Planning Regulation 2017 provides assessment benchmarks for development in koala
habitat areas including requirements to minimise the impact on koala habitat.
The subject lot is mapped as Koala Assessable Development Area containing Bushland Habitat
by State Planning Regulatory Provisions mapping (Fig 7). The lot is mapped as Bushland Habitat
for Koalas according to the State Planning Policy. Based on the State Planning Regulatory
Provisions mapping, the site subject to the proposed subdivision contains 15.65 ha mapped as
Bushland Habitat for koalas.
