P.O. Box 1.
PEREGIAN BEACH,4573
19th.April 2017
Mr. Patrick Murphy,
The Assessment Officer,
Noosa Shire Council,
[email protected]
Dear Mr.Murphy.
Submission in opposition to the Development Application
MCU 16/0153 & REC16/0041
I reside at 210 David Low Way, Peregian Beach and strongly object to the
approval of the above Development Application(DA)
The Developer had approval for the Supermarket and 4 Specialty Shops
in spite of concern about the limited shared access with the Peregian Beach Hardware Store
and the effect of the traffic flow along the David Low Way from the unnamed road now named
Sandpiper Court.
It is of great concern since the Supermarket opened of the restricted access
and egress and it has created traffic congestion and from my Residence I can
see it happening every day with traffic queues north & south.
If this Development is approved it will have a massive impact to the traffic flow and safety
issues and negatively impact the amenity of our Peregian Village in the long term.
The significant noise and disruption to the Homes along the David Low Way and adjoining
streets will increase.
I implore the Noosa Council to protect the Village of Peregian Beach and
refuse this DA.
Yours Sincerely.
