5.2.1 DISTRICT CENTRE ZONE CODE
1) The purpose of the District centre zone is to provide for a large variety of uses and
   activities to serve a district of the Noosa Shire, including, for example, administrative,
   business, community, cultural, entertainment, professional, residential or retail uses or
   activities.

The proposal is general compliant with the Acceptable Outcomes of the District Centre zone
code.
By default, several Performance Outcomes are sought as part of this application. A
comprehensive list identifying all Performance Outcomes are identified within Attachment
B – Code Compliance Assessment.
The following Performance Outcomes are identified as focal points for the proposed
