1 Introduction
1.1. Background
TTM Consulting has been engaged by Take 2 Holdings Pty Ltd to prepare an OWMP to support the proposed
affordable housing led mixed-use development located at 23 – 25 Sidoni Street, Tewantin. It is understood
that a development application has been lodged with Noosa Shire Council and a Request for Information issued
for application number MCU23/00142.
This OWMP has been prepared to address item 14 of Noosa Shire Council’s information request dated 21
December 2023. Additionally, amended to address items 6 – 10 of Noosa Shire Council’s Further Advice letter
dated 24 May 2024. It is understood that this OWMP will form part of the response to the issued Further
Advice.
1.2. Scope and Client Brief
The content of this OWMP is intended to provide information on the typical movement of waste streams
from disposal to collection. Information on refuse management is given for both residential and commercial

As the development intends to provide affordable housing, the recommendations within this report are

building management and enabling self-management of waste management at an individual unit level.
The items covered within the OWMP are described in Table 1.1. The key information for regulatory approval
can be found in Section 2.
