5 Keel Court Noosaville QLD 4566 11th February 2011 Dear Sir I wish to lodge my objection to the proposed development MCU10/2083. I am concerned about a number of issues. *The increase in traffic especially late at night. *The access to the proposed development from Skipper Place. *The damage it will do to already struggling businesses. *The noise and behaviour of late night customers. We already suffer noise and behavioural problems with late night visitors to the Villa and MacDonalds and this will encourage patrons to cross Gibson Terrace and compromise our safety and peace.
