Afternoon Sir/ Madam,

Re: Proposed Development 4 Stories High over 2.4 Hectares to Banksia Avenue with Access via Serenity Close

I totally oppose the above development. This is against our Noosa Code of no high rise.
Not only causing many environmental problems.
1. Pollution and noise of employees and visitors and occupants.24/7
2. Loss of neighbourhood amenity and existing residents - bottleneck of traffic
3. Bushland destroyed and taken away from our precious wildlife and their habitat, majorly affecting the biodiversity of Noosa.
4. Traffic increased, over and above what it was ever created for. Both while the building
is in progression and on going. Where all vehicles will enter and exit ( underdurress) via
Grant or Katharina Street. NOTE- BOTH THESE ROADS CAN NEVER TO WIDENED.
