As the neighbour right next door to this proposed Development, 25 School 
st, I would like to make comment
We have owned the property that shares the driveway with the old 
forestry site for 25 years
Many different govt agencies have come and gone in that time, mostly 
with no problems
At the moment the house is tenanted as we are living in Mackay. I have 
notified tenants of
proposal, asked them to comment, but have had no response.
 From my perspective, I would like to see the place used and looked 
after, but with consideration
to the people living in our house. I assume the Men's Shed people would 
be traveling in and out
of shared driveway, and as such, consider children, pets etc that may be 
out the front. Be considerate
as to the noise levels and be aware that the triangle of land on the 
bottom side of driveway towards
the house is leased by us and will be a no parking area for those 
entering the premises. Upkeep of
the top driveway is not our responsibility, it has issues in extreme wet 
weather. Lots of sediment runoff
onto our property.
