Cash Management and Investment Performance
Total cash on hand at the end of April 2020 was $67.4 million. Cash on hand will continue to
degrade as operational and capital costs are incurred during May and June 2020; with a year-
end closing cash balance forecast to be approximately $44 million. Financial stress testing has
been completed to understand business continuity risk on cash flows through due to the COVID-
19 pandemic (in addition to business as usual costs). Review of budgets by Managers and
identification of savings associated with variable costs (associated with revenue) and
discretionary expenditure will ensure that COVID-19 revenue impacts will not significantly
compromise cash flow through to 30 June 2020.
