This letter is provided on behalf of the Body Corporate “Lipton Views” situated at 4 Lipton Street,
Sunrise Beach.

The Body Corporate is aware of, and approves all minor works being undertaken by the owner of
Unit 1 to the rear yard area of his property.

The Body Corporate therefore gives permission for the building approval and submission of the
Minor Change town planning application against the existing MCU (00767TC)
