SUBMISSION ON 215 DAVID LOW WAY PEREGIAN BEACH
MCU16/0153 and REC16/0041

I am herewith providing my written support for the development known
as Essence of Peregian Beach, as I believe this type of accommodation
will be heavily supported by the tourism market and would be welcomed
by the Noosa region as a fantastic opportunity to capture more tourism
revenue for this area, supporting the local economy.

I travel daily through Peregian Beach on the David Low Way and
frequent the Peregian Village as a local patron and feel that the size and
scale of this development, considering also the lay of the land being set
back behind the hotel and supermarket, is very reasonable and will not
impact detrimentally on the surroundings. I look forward to this
development being approved and gelling underway.
