With reference to the above information request issued by Council on 12 March 2026, we hereby request an extension to the response period of 6 weeks to allow the preparation of a full response to the items raised. Civil drawings and a formal response to the information request will be provided tomorrow (original due date), however we need additional time to complete the landscaping and vegetation rehabilitation plans requested in item 13, as these could not be progressed until the amendments to the civil design had been completed.
