Notice to Assessment Manager – Withdraw Stop the
Current Period – 7 Noosa Parade, Noosa Heads (Council
Reference: MCU/25/0053)
In accordance with Section 32.6(a) of the Development Assessment Rules, and on behalf of Seymour Leisure
Pty Ltd Trustee under Instrument 721580393 (the ‘Applicant’) we wish to give notice that the Applicant has
elected to withdraw the stop the current period, being the information request response period.

The Applicant’s information response period was initially stopped for a period of 30 business days to 10
September 2025. On 21 August 2025, the Applicant submitted a request to extend the stop the current period
by another 30 business days to 24 October 2025. in accordance with Section 32.1 of the Development
Assessment Rules.

In accordance with Section 32.6(a) of the Development Assessment Rules, the Applicant hereby withdraws
the ‘stop the current period notice’, and the balance of the information request response period will now
restart.
