Mr Jamieson,
I am writing to voice my concern and disgust at your councillors over this preposterous application.
This application is unwanted and of no value to the community or the environment. The experts in councils planning department has recommended not supporting this application on a number of grounds, and yet your councillors continue to entertain the notion that it may be a useful asset to the area.
This development is an investment by a consortium only interested in their own profits that will see one local make a significant financial gain while the majority around them are left to suffer the consequences.
The roads that will be used to support this are in no way suitable for this purpose a point highlighted by the experts, and the applicant has had the audacity to suggest that if it is approved council should upgrade the roads. There is no financial gain to be made out of this by council.
I can't believe the Sunshine Coast councillors can engage experts to give their considered opinion on a matter that they don't have sufficient knowledge in, only to ignore the information given to them and support this outrageous development.

Regards
Sean Beardmore
