     CHANGE OF USE FOR MULTIPLE HOUSING TYPE 3, RETIREMENT & SPECIAL NEEDS
     (90 BED AGED CARE FACILITY) AT 28 EENIE CREEK ROAD, NOOSAVILLE
     Council Resolution
     Moved:            Cr Stockwell
     Seconded:         Cr Jurisevic
     That Council note the report by the Manager, Development Assessment to the Planning &
     Environment Committee Meeting dated 12 September 2017 regarding Planning &
     Environment Court Appeal D93 of 2017 and officer’s advice that the appeal has been
     withdrawn.
                                                                                      Carried.


The following Recommendations from the Planning & Environment Committee were
adopted without discussion or further amendment.

     64-66 RENE STREET, NOOSAVILLE
     Item not dealt with by Planning & Environment Committee.            Referred to General
     Committee for consideration.
     Reason for referral – Councillors sought clarification on the size of existing signage
     and the location of existing fencing.

     That Council note the report by the Coordinator Planning regarding representations made to
     change conditions of a Development Permit for a Material Change of Use (MCU15/019) for
