Your Ref: GCConforti:MCU13/0247.01 Our Ref: 13075/16448ms.ms 27 July 2015 The Chief Executive Noosa Council PO Box 141 Tewantin Qld 4565 Attention: Glen Conforti Dear Glen Endorsement of Amended Plans – MCU13/0247.1 - Material Change of Use (Detached House) at 56 Seaview Terrace, Sunshine Beach legally described as lot 64 RP81810 Further to our recent telephone discussion I am pleased to enclose copies of amended plans for Council endorsement. As I mentioned, these drawings have been amended to reflect the conditions of the changed decision notice issued by Council on 2 June 2015. For convenience, I have summarised the changes that have been made to these drawings in the table below: Plan Rev. Plan Name Date No. A.02 16 Proposed ground Floor 15.06.15 The plan has been amended to show the clothes drying area 1m from the side boundary and confirms that the roof and privacy screens do not extend beyond the line between the neighbouring roofs. A.03 09 Proposed 1st floor plan 15.06.15 The clothes drying area has been shown 1m from the side boundary and the fascia above has been extended. A.04 07 Proposed Roof & Site Plan 10.06.15 The clothes drying area has been shown and the roof extended above. The plan confirms that the roof line does not protrude seaward of the line between neighbouring properties. A.05 09 Proposed Front Elevation 25.05.15 Details of the front fence and gate have been added. A.06 11 Proposed RHS (south) Elevation 10.06.15 The privacy screens seaward of the roof line have been deleted.
