irrevocably authorises the Applicant:

(a) to lodge any development or other applications under the Planning Act 2016 over or in

(b) to make representations, negotiate conditions, waive appeal rights, appeal, compromise or
amend any application, request to change of conditions and otherwise deal with any matter
concerning the Property;

(c) to appeal any matter in the Planning and Environment Court;
