    The Department of Transport and Main Roads as a concurrence agency received a copy of an
    application and acknowledgement notice for the above proposal on 23 August 2010 and an amended
    acknowledgement Notice on 27 August 2010.

    The application material provided to the department by Martoo Consulting Pty Ltd included the
    following documents:

    •       Amended Acknowledgement Notice dated 26 August 2010
    •       IDAS Forms 1, 3 and 5
    •       The Proposal Report prepared by Martoo Consulting Pty Ltd, R00300-01-A, dated July 2010

    The department has assessed the impact of the proposed development on land use and transport
    coordination matters and pursuant to section 287(2)(a) of the Sustainable Plarrr7ingAct 2009 (SPA), I
