                 I refer to your application and advise that on 26 August 2024, Council decided to approve the
                 application subject to conditions.

                 2.      DECISION DETAILS

                 Council decided to issue the following type of approval:
                 •       Development Permit for Operational Works (Clearing of Vegetation).
                 •       This permit approves the removal of 1 x tree as per application and site inspection.
                 3.      CURRENCY PERIOD

                 The currency period for this development approval is stated in Condition No. 5 of the
                 Assessment Manager Conditions.
                 4.      ASSESSMENT MANAGER CONDITIONS

                 1.      As there is a current Landscaping plan in place, the area will be required to be re-
                         planted using 3 x Syzigium Australe and placed in the same garden bed the tree was
                         removed from.
                 2.      3 x Syzigium Australe to be planted within 1 month of the completion of the approved
                         clearing works and to be planted 1.5m apart.
                 3.      Photos to be sent to Council showing the 3 x Syzigium Australe have been planted.
