Dear Sir

                                 Information Request
                                Integrated Planning Act 1997

I refer to your application and wish to advise that we require further information to satisfactorily
assess the proposal. Please provide 4 copies of all information to be supplied, including an A3 set of
plans and a CD copy.

1 APPLICATION DETAILS

 Application No: 2009/1512

 Proposal: 09/1512 Transport Type 2 - Carpark
Street address: 255 David Low Way PEREGIAN BEACH
Real property description: LOT: 95 SP: 137431
 Planning Scheme: Noosa Plan

2 INFORMATION REQUIRED
The information requested is set out below:
Issue – Plans
There appears to be discrepancy between the plans provided by different consultants with regard to
the extent of the grass cell paving and area dedicated to landscaping along the southwest boundary.
    1. Please submit consistent plans or provide comment as to the intended extent of grass cell
paving and intended landscaping along the southeast boundary.
Issue - Landscaping
In regard to the southwest boundary, it is considered that the species selection will not provide an
appropriate level of diversity, or shade the carpark.
    2. Please demonstrate that the landscaping along the southwest boundary also incorporates
suitable canopy trees to shade vehicles and that will not have invasive root systems which
could damage the sewer line. Two such species include Acronychia Impeforata and
       Callistemon Viminalis.
